Creative Events offers a bespoke wedding co-ordination service. Our most popular packages are designed to meet the various needs of various brides. We have specifically focused on the services that are most frequently requested although custom packages are available. You can choose to have us co-ordinate all, or just a part of your arrangements.

Full Wedding Coordination

This is our full and most popular package, designed for the Bride and Groom who prefer to have a professional coordinator available every step of the way. With our knowledge, expertise and creative flair, we work with you every step of the way to turn your wedding day vision into reality.

  • 2 hour Initial consultation (after meeting - Available via phone or via e-mail to answer questions).
  • Develop and define the theme, style and feel of your wedding
  • Assist in creating a budget based on your wedding ideas – supply personal budget planner
  • Develop and prepare wedding management schedule and checklists
  • Advice on etiquette – includes seating etiquette and planner
  • Assist with selection of venues and vendors – personal attendance at meetings with venues and vendors
  • Liaison and coordination of contracted vendors
  • Assist with design and printing of stationary and invitations
  • Chase outstanding RSVPs and compile final guest list
  • Be the main point of contact for your guest enquiries
  • Produce a detailed Wedding Day Schedule
  • Personally attend final venue meeting
  • Final Meeting of the week of the wedding with wedding couple
  • Assist and oversee rehearsal (2 hours)
  • Management of Wedding day – Vendors, set-up, coordinate ceremony and reception and liaise with DJ and MC (max 12 hours)
  • Ensure adherence to Wedding Schedule
  • Set up a personal Wedding Website

Wedding Day Co-ordination

This package is intended for the couples that would like to plan the majority of the details of their wedding on their own, but would like professional assistance on the day to ensure that all your wedding day concerns are taken care of.

  • Initial consultation
  • Produce a detailed Wedding Day Schedule
  • Personally attend final venue meeting
  • Confirm contracted vendor details – Ensure adherence to schedule
  • Final Meeting of the week of the wedding with wedding couple
  • Assist with rehearsal (2 hours)
  • Management of Wedding day – Vendors, set-up, coordinate ceremony and reception and liaise with DJ and MC (max 12 hours)
  • Ensure adherence to Wedding Schedule

Hourly Rate

Additional services are available by the hour at a rate of $50/hour.
